I totally agree with the previous reviews highlighting the excellent after sales service. After contacting Jennifer about a problem I had, she volunteered to replace the product free of charge, and with an upgrade. This was both unexpected and appreciated, and the parts were promptly delivered. It would be good if all manufacturers were this principled.
